TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to be bound by my Terms of Service.

GENERAL TERMS

  • I will not work with people who engage with feral porn, zoophilia or pedophilia.

  • I maintain all rights to my artwork. Unless priorly agreed upon, I may post your commission on public social medias & use it in my portfolio as an example of my work.

  • YOU MUST PROVIDE A FULL REFERENCE* OF YOUR CHARACTER(S). I will not work with a text description or an incomplete reference UNLESS it’s for a reference sheet or a custom.

  • Prices listed are for personal use only. Commercial use will have an upcharge with your order. Get in contact with me to receive a quote (free of charge) for commercial use artwork.

  • Commissions are not first come first serve. I have a right to decline any commission for any reason.

** full reference: front-back view of your character. I can work with a front-front view, but the pose will be a lot more simplistic as I cannot see the back of the character.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Payment is upfront in USD via PayPal, CashApp, or Fortnite Vbucks. :3

  • For larger commissions ($50+), I only accept PayPal.

  • You are eligible for a full refund if I have not started drawing yet.

  • If I have started drawing, each "stage" (sketch -> color -> lineart) makes 33% of the money nonrefundable, up to the shading stage which is 100% nonrefundable.

THE PRODUCT

  • By commissioning me, you grant me artistic liberty. I am interpreting how your character would look & pose in my art style. I will not colour-pick from a reference.

  • Upon completion, you will receive a high-res PNG of the product via Dropbox or Email. PDFs/other formats available upon request.

USAGE RIGHTS

My clients can use their commissioned artwork as follows:

icons/banners/wallpapers (with credit)
buttons/pins/prints or other merch (personal use only)

WILL DRAW

  • Anthro/furries, humanoids, ferals.

  • Ponies.

  • Fanart/selfship.

  • Original characters.

  • Mild gore/blood/drug use.

  • NSFW/fetish art.

WONT DRAW

  • Mecha.

  • Real people*.

  • Graphic gore.

  • Hard drug use.

  • Conservative/nazi imagery.

* Unless given written consent.

Some images may not match their category (ex: halfbody art in fullbody). This is because of a lack of recent examples!
